Jun-Hsiang Enterprise Co., Ltd. was established on August 1, 1991, as a domestic factory specialized in silicone and rubber custom molding. Our main services include Compression Molding, solid silicone molding, and LSR Liquid Silicone Rubber injection molding.
Our molded products span silicone keypads, waterproof seals, O-rings, overmolding, silicone-to-metal bonding, adhesive rubber pads/feet, silicone sheets, automotive parts, electronic components, medical silicone, shock-absorbing rubber, and specialty rubber formulations. Company History
Chairman Mr. Qi-Long Xu founded Jun-Hsiang Enterprise in Xinzhuang, specializing in custom rubber manufacturing.
Added vacuum compression molding machines, primarily producing various keypads and sealing gaskets.
Due to rapid business growth, the factory was relocated to Xinshu Road, Xinzhuang District to expand production lines.
Entered the sporting goods sector, mass-producing high-quality swim goggles, straps, and protective silicone gear.
Successfully mass-produced medical-grade silicone keyboards, exporting to Europe and North America, entering international medical device supply chains.
To meet the smartphone boom, we mass-produced precision mobile silicone/rubber components and dust-proof parts.
Invested in R&D and mass production of key silicone and rubber seals for electric scooters, expanding into the new energy market.
Obtained ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification, implementing high-standard quality control.
Expanded the factory, introduced LSR liquid silicone injection molding technology, and added smart QC equipment such as a 2.5D projector, force-displacement tester, and life tester.

Solid Silicone Compression Molding Technology
A traditional and mature silicone molding technology, where solid silicone raw materials are heated and vulcanized in a mold using vacuum hot pressing. It is suitable for large-volume production and offers relatively low tooling costs, making it the preferred choice for mass production.
Our core capabilities focus on pure silicone/rubber products, overmolding, plastic-to-silicone bonding, metal-to-silicone bonding, and other diverse processes. LSR Liquid Silicone Rubber Injection Molding Technology
